Break-Fix IT Package Costs start at $1000 / month
This is the traditional Seattle IT Services support model for local Seattle IT support onsite incident support. When something fails the IT support company quickly follows up when the customer calls. Each hour the technician is onsite, the customer is billed. Response time is limited to technician availability for onsite support during business hours. Unscheduled after hours response time is billed at a higher rate. Monthly bills to customer are unpredictable.
Usually requires an initial IT audit or purchase of a Network Support Stabilization package to get started.
SLA – 90% availability (Averages approximately 72 hours downtime per month (hopefully on the weekend))
With a pre-package minimum purchase of 10 hours… , A technician will visit once a week to work on all failure incidents.
With purchase of onsite pricing for technicians start at…
- Tier 1 technician $55 / hour
- Tier 2 technician $70 / hour
- Tier 3 technician $120 / hour
Note: Non-scheduled emergency rates add %30
Minimum 10 hour pre-packaged discounts 10 hours of a Tier 3 technician for $1000 /month. (10 hours of Tier 3 onsite visits). Further discounts for additional pre-purchased hours.
Example Costs:
- Small network ( 1-3 servers, 10 – 20 users) – 10 Pre-purchased hours
- Monthly Cost*: $1000
- Medium network (4 – 10 Servers, up to 50 users) – 25 – 30 pre-purchased hours
- Monthly Cost*: $2200 – $3000
- Medium Large networks (11 – 25 servers 100 – 150 users) – 50 – 60 pre-purchase hours
- Monthly Cost*: $4500 – $5500
*Note: If a Seattle IT Services technician spends more than the pre-purchased hours on site, the client will be charged for those additional hours at the discounted rate.
Because of the lower SLA we recomend a Managed Services or Cloud Network Architecture IT Support model over a Traditional Break Fix IT Services local IT Support model.
