Seattle IT Services for Seattle IT Edge are based on Modern Network Architecturemanagement “Best” practices.  According to these practices, IT Support services are based on a fixed pricing model that guarantees network availability for the client.  What this means to you is a consistent monthly price without unexpected local Seattle IT emergency fees.  Fixed pricing models are based on a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with penalties against the Seattle IT Support team when we miss SLA targets.

Managed Services Package

A more modern IT Support strategy for on-premise network.  A Managed Services model is designed to reduce downtime and align technology with the business organizational strategy.   Usually requires an initial IT audit or purchase of a Network Support Stabilization package to get started. 

SLA 99% * (approximately 7.2 non-scheduled downtime hours / month)

*Note this SLA is negotiated based on the stability of the present network.  A 99.9% SLA may require the purchase of a Network Stabilization Package.   

Includes:

  • Remote Helpdesk services for users
  • Remote Server services
  • Immediate Tier I, II response on server and desktops*
  • Onsite support services and visits as needed
  • Onsite Technology management meetings
  • Onsite Technology committee meetings (as appropriate)
  • Yearly IT Audit of all hardware, software systems
  • Monthly IT review of Hardware, software systems
  • Quarterly review with management team to review systems integrity
  • Monthly consultation with management teams on technology
  • Work with accounting team for
    • Hardware life cycle planning
    • Software licensing planning
    • IT Capital Expenditure (CapEx) budget planning 

*unlimited remote support calls

 Because of the risk to the IT Services Company, regular technology reviews and recommendations will need to be made to IT Services client.  Because ownership of the systems belongs to the client company, these recommendations will need to be followed in order to maintain 99.9% SLA.  All recommendations will be reasonable and easy to budget. 

Pricing is based on # servers, desktops and network devices to be supported… 

  • Server Costs – 100 – 130 / server / month (Depends on the type, size of the server.)
  • Desktop Costs – $35 / Server / month
  •  Network Devices – $35 / device / month 

Example Costs:

  • Small network ( 1-3 servers, 10 – 20 users, 3 network devices) 
    • Monthly Cost*: $ 555 – $16400 / month 
  • Medium network (4 – 10 Servers, up to 50 users, 10 network devices)
    • Monthly Cost*: $2500 – $3100
  • Medium Large networks (11 – 25 servers, 100 – 150 users, 20 network devices   )
    • Monthly Cost*: $6000 – $8400 

Note* In this model all hardware is owned by the client.  Hardware, software and other purchases are carried by the client.  This pricing is strictly covering management of the systems.
